Fitness does not owe any one of us anything. It takes hard work, continued dedication and belief!

It is only natural that you will have good and bad days, we are only humans, not robots and the advantage of an Activ-8 personal fitness trainer is that we WILL educate while motivating and pushing you harder than you would yourself and make sessions more appealing, interesting, spontaneous, geared towards your individual fitness goals, achieving your goals safely and over a shorter time scale.

It lies with you inevitably how much and how serious you are about achieving fitness results. You need to put the work in, in order to reap the benefits, but we are here every step of the way to help and assist you.

Anything is possible if you are serious and willing to make sacrifices. It undoubtedly comes down to how much of an importance it is to you to make progress with your health & fitness.

Everyday life throws up all sorts of obstacles and restrictions, trying to prevent us from achieving our desired fitness goals whether it’s work restraints, family commitments or time management.

We have 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week that’s 168 hours in a week to make time for much needed exercise. You may think you are working hard and effectively but in fact 68-69% of people that join a gym with good intentions cancel their membership in less than 3 months as they set themselves up for a fall.

It is very frustrating putting in the work and not getting any visible results which is why a lot of people lose heart and become de-motivated.

You may think what you are doing is correct but we WILL make sure your exercise technique is correct, reducing the chances of injury and make your sessions more enjoyable but most of all productive and results orientated.

HISTORY

Activ-8 Lifestyle & Fitness was created in Dubai, UAE 2009 with a prime objective of offering something different to the leisure training enthusiast while delivering award winning service that is as enjoyable as it is beneficial and effective.

The joint founders and creators of Activ-8 Lifestyle & Fitness grew up a stone throw away from each other in the south east of England, UK a little under 13 miles in distance, but met and worked together for a leading health club in Dubai in 2007.

Activ-8 Lifestyle & Fitness was conceived with the aim of bringing the quality and feel of the gym environment to your doorstep without the need to travel great distances or pay high membership and joining fees.

The Personal Fitness Trainers at Activ-8 Lifestyle & Fitness come from a very sporting background of football (soccer), boxing and kick-boxing, swimming and Athletics.

We understand what it means and what it takes to not only compete within a sport but more importantly what needs to be done to prepare for competition.

The staff at Activ-8 Lifestyle & Fitness are passionate about what they do and match their passion to your commitment in training.

Professional athletes and sports people have their own Personal Fitness Trainers and coaches; they do not achieve world titles, gold medals, cups and trophies by chance let alone you or me.

We all need a little help, guidance and assistance. The question is how important is success and change to you? Activ-8 offer specialized periodised fitness training geared towards both the sports and specialized trainer.

Even if you are the best athlete or sports person in the world you can further improve your own personal performance and challenge and compete against your self. There is always room for improvement which makes life so rewarding, challenging and always keeps us on our toes.
